Design – We have a number of highly experienced in house draughtsmen and access to CAD software, which enables us to provide our customers with a full design and prototyping service.

Manufacturing – We have an extremely experienced workforce and a large range of varied equipment and machinery including lathes, milling machines, brake presses and guillotines. This therefore gives us the ability to manufacture components including shaft work up to 3m long, as well as entire fabrications and assemblies. We are also able to apply a large selection of finishes onto our products.

Installation – For those who may require it, we have a number of competent employees who can carry out an on site installation service  for the items we have produced.

Maintenance – We can also provide a full maintenance service which can be adapted to your specific requirements. For instances where a full service is required , we can utilise our machine and fabrication shops to carry out processes such as removing broken components and repairing them or remaking new ones and re-fitting.
