Fabrication

We have the capacity to manufacture anything from single components to entire fabrications and assemblies. We specialise in a range of welding processes such as:  MIG, TIG, MMA, BRAZING and SOLDERING.  Most of our fabrication is carried out using  MILD STEEL, ALUMINIUM and STAINLESS STEEL, but our highly skilled workforce have the experience to work with materials such as COPPER, BRASS and LEAD if required.

Machining

Our machining capacity enables us to provide first and foremost a precision CNC machining service, but also a design and prototype service for those who may require it. We work with a vast selection of materials including: STAINLESS STEEL, ALUMINIUM, BRONZE, MILD STEELS, TOOL STEELS, and PLASTICS. We also have extensive experience in working with specialised materials such as DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL, MONEL and INCONEL. We have a CNC capacity for shafts up to Ø350mm x 3m long, as well as a manual machining capacity of shafts up to Ø500mm x 5m long. We also have the ability and knowledge to carry out full 3D machining on our 3 axis vertical machining centres which have a capacity for components up to 1600mm x 800mm x 700mm tall.
